Tryg Forsikring to redeem NOK 800 million perpetuals on March 20

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 3 - Tryg Forsikring A/S announced plans on Friday for a full early redemption of its NOK 800 million subordinated perpetual callable bond issue (ISIN: NO0010672355), according to multiple notices.

Tryg Forsikring will redeem each note on March 20 at par of NOK 1 million plus NOK 11,987 of interest and arrears of interest, if any.

Tryg Forsikring is a Scandinavian insurance company based in Ballerup, Denmark.
