Montgomery County IDB, Tenn., coordinates $150 million Hankook bonds

New York, Nov. 23 – The Industrial Development Board of Montgomery County, Tenn., is set to price $150 million of series 2015A taxable bonds for Hankook Tires Manufacturing Tennessee, LP. The board is authorized to sell up to $300 million of the bonds.

The bonds (Aa3/P-1/A/A-1/) will be sold through BofA Merrill Lynch.

The bonds are due Dec. 1, 2024.

Proceeds will be used to fund a loan to Hankook.
