Fisch Asset Management adds Martin Haycock to convertible bond team

Chicago, Nov. 19 – Fisch Asset Management has hired UBS veteran Martin Haycock to its convertible bond portfolio management team in an effort to bolster the company’s global market reach.

Haycock will help deliver market insights and analysis, while also assisting with Fisch’s sales and marketing initiatives, as the company expands its international market capabilities, especially in the United Kingdom.

“I have known the team at Fisch for many years and have long admired the business they have built,” Haycock said in a news release. “I’m honored to be joining the firm at such a crucial stage in its development.”

Haycock previously served as the head of UBS’ convertible bond research and marketing and global head of the UBS Index Group.

“He brings with him a wealth of experience, having played a leading role in the development of the asset class over the last 20 years,” said Fisch chief executive officer Dr. Patrick Gügi. “His technical knowledge is impressive and gives us further depth of expertise within our portfolio management team.”

Fisch is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
