India’s Suncity board to consider issuing nonconvertible debentures

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 19 – Suncity Constructwell Pvt. Ltd.’s board of directors will meet Monday to consider authorizing secured redeemable nonconvertible debentures on a private placement basis, according to a notice with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The board will also consider appointing a debenture trustee and issuing a notice of an extraordinary general meeting, among other things, according to the notice.

Based in Gurgaon, India, Suncity is involved in real estate development.
