RBC Capital Trust calls C$1.2 billion series 2015 trust securities

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 16 – RBC Capital Trust called all of C$1.2 billion of its outstanding trust capital securities, series 2015, according to a notice from Royal Bank of Canada.

The securities will be redeemed Dec. 13 at par plus accrued distributions. The redemptions will be funded by the trust’s general fund.

RBC is a financial services company based in Toronto.
