Archrock to redeem outstanding 7¼% senior notes due 2018 on Dec. 4

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 4 – Archrock, Inc. called all of its outstanding 7¼% senior notes due 2018, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed Dec. 4 at 101.813 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Archrock plans to fund the redemption using proceeds transferred to Archrock in connection with the spinoff of its international services and global fabrication businesses into a separate, publicly traded company, Exterran Corp. In connection with the spinoff, Exterran Holdings, Inc. was renamed Archrock, Inc.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the notes’ trustee.

Houston-based Archrock is a provider of natural gas contract compression services and a supplier of aftermarket services to customers that own compression equipment in the United States.
