Brazil’s Suzano Fibria unit to redeem all $352.79 million 5¼% notes due 2024

Columbus, Ohio, July 16 – Suzano SA subsidiary Fibria Overseas Finance Ltd. will exercise its right to redeem all of the $352,793,000 outstanding of its 5¼% notes due 2024 (Cusip: 31572UAE6), according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption price will be the greater of par and the sum of the present values of each remaining scheduled payment of principal and interest discounted to the redemption date on a semiannual basis at a rate equal to the Treasury rate plus 40 basis points.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.

Suzano is a manufacturer and trader of short-fiber pulp eucalyptus and paper and is based in Sao Paulo.
