South Africa’s MTN (Mauritius) Investments starts capped tender offer

Chicago, Aug. 22 – MTN (Mauritius) Investments Ltd. started a capped tender offer relating to its $750 million outstanding 4.755% notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1128996425), according to an announcement.

The issuer is offering to buy up to $250 million nominal amount of the notes at 101.

The company will also pay unpaid interest to the settlement date.

The tender offer only applies to the Regulation S notes. The Rule 144A notes are excluded from the offer.

The offer expires at 11 a.m. ET on Aug. 31.

Results will be announced on Sept. 1, and the offer is expected to settle on Sept. 2.
