S&P revises Hunt Cos. view to stable

S&P said it revised Hunt Cos. Inc.’s outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its BB issuer and senior secured debt ratings.

Hunt’s portfolio value improved over the last year, resulting in a loan-to-value ratio comfortably below 30%, which the agency said it believes will be sustained.

The outlook reflects an expectation for Hunt to operate with an LTV ratio of 20%-30% during the next 12 months, S&P said.
