Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 28 – Maybank Kim Eng Holdings Ltd. announced it updated its S$800 million multicurrency medium-term note program to appoint Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte. Ltd. as joint arranger and dealer.

Maybank Kim Eng Securities is also an issuer under the program.

The issuers also said they amended the program’s financial covenants and interest rate determination provisions.

Maybank Kim Eng established the original S$300 million MTN program in November 2006 and increased the program limit in June 2010.

Formerly known as Kim Eng Holdings Ltd., the financial services company is based in Singapore.
