Risk Strategies plans new debt financing for buyout by Kelso

New York, Oct. 21 – Risk Strategies Co. has received a debt financing commitment to help fund its acquisition by Kelso & Co., according to a news release.

Macquarie Capital is the lead on the debt.

Closing is subject to customary conditions.

Risk Strategies is a Boston-based insurance & benefits brokerage and risk management firm.
