Monaker exchanges preferreds from three series for common shares

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 5 – Monaker Group, Inc. entered into various agreements with holders of its preferred stock to exchange its series B, series C and series D preferred stock for common stock, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company exchanged an aggregate of 138,000 shares of its series B preferreds, 238,000 shares of its series C preferreds and 661,100 shares of its series D preferreds for a total of 2,078,200 shares of its common stock.

The Weston, Fla., company provides digital media and marketing services.
