New Europe Property sets talk for euro notes due in 2021

Atlanta, Nov. 23 – New Europe Property Investments plc – via subsidiary NE Property Cooperatief UA – set talk in the mid-swaps plus 362.5 basis points area for a euro-denominated offering of notes due Feb. 26, 2021 (expected ratings: Baa3/BBB-/), according to a company filing.

Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The company, based in Isle of Man, has offices in Romania, Slovakia and Serbia.
