New York, March 1 – Gaz Capital SA, a subsidiary of Russia’s PJSC Gazprom, priced CHF 750 million five-year loan participation notes at par to yield 1.45% on Wednesday, according to a company news release.
Gazprombank (Switzerland) Ltd., Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Ltd., UBS AG and VTB Capital plc were the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers of the Regulation S deal.
Proceeds of the offering will be used to finance a Swiss franc loan to Gazprom. The proceeds of the loan to Gazprom will be used for general corporate purposes.
Gazprom is a Moscow-based natural gas producer.
