New York, July 13 – Gaz Capital SA, a subsidiary of Russia’s PJSC Gazprom, priced CHF 500 million five-year loan participation notes at par to yield 2½% on Thursday, according to a company news release.
Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Gazprombank (Switzerland) Ltd. and VTB Capital plc were the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers of the Regulation S deal.
Proceeds of the offering will be used to finance a euro loan to Gazprom. The proceeds of the loan to Gazprom will be used for general corporate purposes.
Gazprom is a Moscow-based natural gas producer.
