Concord, N.H., June 30 – Gaz Finance plc, a subsidiary of Russia’s PJSC Gazprom, priced CHF 500 million loan participation notes due 2027 (series 8) with a 1.54% coupon, according to a company news release on Wednesday.
The notes were placed under the company’s medium-term note program.
Gazprombank (Switzerland) Ltd. and J.P. Morgan Securities plc acted as joint global coordinators and bookrunners, with Credit Suisse AG and UBS AG acting as joint lead managers and bookrunners of the Regulation S deal.
Proceeds of the offering will be used to finance a loan to Gazprom. The proceeds of the loan will be used for general corporate purposes.
Gazprom is a Moscow-based natural gas producer.
