New Issue: Russia’s Gazprom details €1 billion 2.95% five-year notes

New York, April 15 – PJSC Gazprom priced €1 billion of 2.95% five-year loan participation notes through subsidiary Gaz Finance plc, according to a notice.

The series 2 notes were issued under its €30 billion medium-term note program and will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

GPB Financial Services Hong Kong Ltd., JPMorgan and UniCredit acted as joint lead managers and bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used to finance a loan to Gazprom earmarked for general corporate purposes.

Gazprom is a Moscow-based natural gas producer.
