New Issue: Russia’s Gazprom prices €1 billion 2.95% five-year notes

Los Angeles, April 14 – PJSC Gazprom priced €1 billion of 2.95% five-year loan participation notes through subsidiary Gaz Finance plc, according to a notice.

The series 2 notes will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Gazprom is a Moscow-based natural gas producer.
