Concord, N.H., June 28 – The Sultanate of Oman’s Oman Sovereign Sukuk SAOC priced $1.75 billion 4 7/8% trust certificates due 2030 (expected ratings: Ba3//BB-) at par, according to a final term sheet.
The notes were priced under the company’s trust certificate program.
Standard Chartered Bank was the stabilizing manager for the issue, which was listed for trading on the London Stock Exchange on June 15.
