Renovate America raises $90 million of equity for growth, geographic expansion

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 1 – Renovate America Inc. raised $90 million of growth equity from new and existing investors.

DFJ Growth led the round, which included Silver Lake Kraftwerk as well as existing investors RockPort Capital Partners, Valor Equity Partners, DB Masdar and 400 Capital Management.

The investment will be used to support Renovate America's growth and expand its geographic footprint, according to a news release.

Renovate America is a San Diego-based provider of residential property assessed clean energy (PACE) financing.
