Moody's places Edgewell's on review for downgrade

Moody's said it placed the ratings for Edgewell Personal Care Co. under review for downgrade.

This follows Edgewell's announced $1.37 billion, largely debt financed acquisition of Harry's Inc. Management expects the closing of the acquisition to occur by the end of the first quarter in 2020.
