Volkswagen will do non-deal roadshow on Monday on new green framework

Chicago, Sept. 1 – Volkswagen Financial Services AG (A3/BBB+) will present its new green finance framework to investors in a non-deal roadshow on Monday, according to a market source.

The framework will cover financings for zero-tailpipe emission vehicles.

ING is coordinating logistics. Deutsche Bank is also helping to organize calls.

A second-party opinion on the new framework has been prepared by ISS ESG.

The issuer, a wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, coordinates the international financial services activities of the Volkswagen Group.
