Moody’s eyes Volkswagen Financial for cut

Moody’s Investors Service said it placed on review for downgrade the A3 senior unsecured debt and issuer ratings of Volkswagen Financial Services AG, including all related subsidiaries where applicable.

The action follows the placing on review for downgrade of Volkswagen AG, the parent company of Volkswagen Financial, on Wednesday, the agency said.
