FactSet uses $575 million of new revolver borrowings to acquire Bisam

Tacoma, Wash., March 20 – FactSet Research Systems Inc. borrowed $575 million under a new revolving credit facility to acquire Bisam Technologies SA for $205.2 million from Aquiline Capital Partners and company insiders, according to a company news release.

Proceeds were also used to repay existing debt.

FactSet is a Norwalk, Conn.-based provider of financial information and analytics.
