New Issue: Yida China sells $300 million three-year 6.95% notes at 98.547

Chicago, April 12 – Yida China Holdings Ltd. priced $300 million of three-year 6.95% notes on Tuesday at 98.547, the company said.
AMTD, Bali, BofA Merrill Lynch, China Securities International, Citic CLSA Securities, CMBC International, Deutsche Bank, GF Securities, Haitong International, Sun Hung Kai Financials, UBS and Zhongtai International were the underwriters.
Proceeds from the notes will be used to fund new property projects and for working capital.
The notes will be issued under Regulation S.
Yida China Holdings is a business park developer and operator.
