New Issue: Malaysia’s Yinson Holdings unit sells RM 950 million perpetual sukuk

Morgantown, W.Va., May 8 – Yinson Holdings Bhd. said its wholly owned subsidiary, Yinson TMC Sdn. Bhd., issued RM 950 million of perpetual sukuk on Tuesday.

The sukuk are callable after 15 years.

This is the first tranche under the company’s RM 1.5 billion perpetual sukuk program that covers senior sukuk and subordinated sukuk established on Feb. 14.

AmInvestment Bank Bhd. and Maybank Investment Bank Bhd. are the joint lead arrangers and joint lead managers for the program.

Proceeds will be used to refinance outstanding debt and for general corporate purposes.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Yinson provides offshore support services to the oil and gas industry.
