Haggen Holdings seven-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Bethlehem, Pa., Sept. 22 – Haggen Holdings LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Mary M. Kasper of Unified Grocers, Inc. of Commerce, Calif.; Taylor Ricketts of PepsiCo, Inc. of Winston-Salem, N.C.; Robert Anderson of Starbucks Corp. of Seattle; Giovanni Comia of Santa Monica Seafood of Rancho Dominguez, Calif.; Jim Blau of United Food and Commercial Workers International of Washington, D.C.; Hal Manoian of Valassis Communications, Inc. of Windsor, Conn.; and Ryan Berry of Spirit SPE HG 2015-1 LLC of Scottsdale, Ariz.

Haggen, a Bellingham, Wash.-based supermarket company, filed bankruptcy on Sept. 8. The Chapter 11 case number is 15-11874.
