Scottish Widows to redeem £560 million of 5.125% perpetual notes

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 8 – Scottish Widows plc called £560 million of its 5.125% perpetual notes, according to a notice.

The notes, which were issued Sept. 23, 2005, will be redeemed Sept. 24 at par.

The issuer is a life, pensions and investment company based in Edinburgh.
