Orpar repurchases, cancels nearly all 0% exchangeables due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 14 – Orpar repurchased 99.75% of its €200 million 0% bonds due 2024 (ISIN: FR0013246147) issued by Orpar and exchangeable for Remy Cointreau, according to a notice on Wednesday.

The company intends to cancel all 1,995 of the repurchased bonds after the transactions settle, leaving five bonds outstanding.

Orpar is an investment management firm based in Paris. Remy Cointreau is a Cognac, France-based manufacturer of alcoholic drinks.
