Orpar announces early repayment option for 0% bonds due 2024

Lexington, Ky., May 9 – Orpar announced bondholders may exercise their right to early repayment of the €200 million 0% bonds due 2024 (ISIN: FR0013246147) issued by Orpar and exchangeable for Remy Cointreau on the early repayment put date of June 20, according to a notice on Monday.

The early repayment put price is €101,256.27.

In order to receive early repayment, bondholders must contact the financial intermediary that registered their bonds between May 27 and June 9, which is 7-15 business days before the early repayment date.

The company stated it does not intend to exercise its share repayment option.

Orpar is an investment management firm based in Paris. Remy Cointreau is a Cognac, France-based manufacturer of alcoholic drinks.
