DCP Holding settles $308,893 downsized private placement of its stock

Company sells 320 class C redeemable common shares at $965.29 apiece

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 8 – DCP Holding Co. completed a downsized $308,893 private placement of stock on Aug. 31, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons, LLC was the agent for the deal, which was announced as a $337,852 offering on Sept. 2.

The company sold 320 class C redeemable common shares at $965.29 per share. The price per share represents the company’s book value per share as of July 31, the 8-K noted.

The private Sharonville, Ohio, company provides health care plans and related services to employer groups.
