Viavi Solutions to redeem $142.74 million 0.625% convertibles Oct. 10

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 5 – Viavi Solutions Inc. plans to redeem all $142,735,000 of its outstanding 0.625% senior convertible notes due 2033, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The convertibles will be redeemed on Oct. 10 at par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee and paying agent.

Viavi is a Milpitas, Calif.-based network test, measurement and assurance technology company.
