Viavi holders put $134.28 million 0.625% convertibles due 2033

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 15 – Viavi Solutions Inc. said $134,284,000 of its 0.625% senior convertible notes due 2033 were surrendered by holders prior to the expiration of a put option.

The convertibles were putable until midnight ET on Aug. 15, with the deadline having been extended from 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 14.

After giving effect to the put option, $142,735,000 of the convertibles remain outstanding, according to a news release.

The repurchase of the convertibles will be funded by available cash.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee and paying agent.

Viavi is a Milpitas, Calif.-based network test, measurement and assurance technology company.
