Chicago, July 3 – Vedanta Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will issue Rs. 10 billion of 9.18% three-year secured redeemable debentures.
The notes will be issued with a par value of Rs. 1 million each, according to a notice.
The issue was proposed at a board meeting held Tuesday.
Vedanta is a natural resources company based in Panaji, India.
