India’s Vedanta reported for non-payment of dividend to Capricorn

Chicago, March 13 – Vedanta Ltd. has been ordered to pay an approximate $9.5 million dividend payment within 45 days by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, according to a notice.

The company missed a dividend payment to Capricorn Energy plc.

Vedanta is a natural resources company based in Panaji, India.
