Hewlett Packard reports plans to sell fixed-rate notes in three parts

Knoxville, Tenn., April 6 – Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. intends to offer fixed-rate notes in three tranches, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.
The technology company is based in Palo Alto, Calif.
