Fitch rates Easy Buy bonds AA

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an AA(tha) national long-term rating to Easy Buy PCL’s upcoming issue of Thai baht-denominated senior unsecured bonds. The bonds will have a tenor of up to three years.

The bonds are rated at the same level as Easy Buy's national long-term rating because they represent the company's unsubordinated and unsecured obligations.

The outlook is stable.
