Citadel reports passive stake of 5.7% in ADC Telecommunications

Philadelphia, Jan. 2 - Citadel Investment Group, LLC reported an investment of 5.7% in ADC Telecommunications, Inc. as of Dec. 23, according to an SC 13G filing.

That represents a passive stake of 5,813,555 shares.

ADC is an Eden Prairie, Minn.-based provider of broadband communications network infrastructure products and related services.
