888 Holdings to price euro-denominated six-year floaters, five-year secured notes

Portland, Me., June 23 – 888 Holdings plc plans to price euro-denominated six-year non-call one-year floating-rate notes and euro-denominated five-year non-call two-year senior secured notes, according to a market source.

The notes are being marketed concurrently with a dollar-denominated term loan B for a total aggregate principal amount of £1,017,000,000 equivalent.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC (lead left), Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Mediobanca, and Barclays are bookrunners for the floating-rate and senior secured notes.

The senior secured notes will be marketed as a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of William Hill International.

888 Holdings is a Gibraltar-based gaming company.
