Thailand’s Precious Shipping to offer up to 4 billion baht debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 6 – Precious Shipping PCL announced it plans to issue up to 4 billion baht of debentures.

The debentures may be denominated in currencies other than Thai baht and will have maturities of 10 years or less.

The proposed issuance is subject to shareholders’ approval at an upcoming general meeting.

Based in Bangkok, Precious Shipping owns and operates dry bulk vessels.
