Hillsborough County School District, Fla., plans $75.64 million bonds

New York, July 27 – The Hillsborough County School District of Florida is set to price $75,635,000 of series 2015B sales tax revenue refunding bonds on Thursday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A2/AA/) will be sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and PNC Capital Markets LLC as the co-managers.

The bonds are due 2020 to 2026.

Proceeds will be used to refund the district’s series 2005 and 2006 revenue bonds.
