Allegheny County Sanitary Authority, Pa., preps $266.29 million deal

New York, July 23 – The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority of Pennsylvania is set to price $266,285,000 of series 2015 sewer revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A1) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Boenning & Scattergood Inc. as the bookrunner and PNC Capital Markets LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC, Piper Jaffray & Co. and Loop Capital Markets LLC.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund a portion of the authority’s series 2005 revenue bonds and to pay a portion of its capital budget for the 2015-2016 fiscal year.
