Accentro begins tender offer for any and all 3¾% notes due 2021

Chicago, Feb. 3 – Accentro Real Estate AG has started a tender offer for any and all of its €100 million 3¾% notes due 2021 (ISIN: DE000A2G87E2), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at a purchase price of 103.243 plus accrued interest. The price is intended to represent a yield to maturity of 0.32% based on the relevant Bund rate plus 100 basis points on the basis of a settlement date of Feb. 14.

If 80% or more of the notes are redeemed, the issuer will redeem the remaining notes in whole at par plus accrued interest.

The redemption of the notes is conditional upon the issuance of new notes.

The invitation deadline is 11 a.m. ET on Feb. 11.

Results are expected to be announced on Feb. 12 with settlement expected on Feb. 14.
