New York, Jan. 26 – Accentro Real Estate AG sold €100 million of 3¾% notes due 2021 at par, according to a term sheet.
Oddo BHF AG was the bookrunner for the sale, which was directed to institutional investors.
The notes have a make-whole call at Bunds plus 100 basis points and a clean-up call if more than 80% of the notes have previously been redeemed or repurchased.
Proceeds will be used to acquire real estate assets in Germany or for purposes that will improve the measures included in the financial covenants.
Accentro is a Berlin-based real estate company focused on residential holdings, primarily apartments in Berlin.
