Chicago, Jan. 27 – Armenia’s Ardshinbank CJSC priced $300 million 6˝% eurobonds (Ba3//B+) with a five-year tenor, according to a notice.
A dollar-denominated issue has been expected from the bank since mid-November 2019.
The notes were expected to be issued through special-purpose vehicle Dilijan Finance BV for the purpose of financing a loan to Ardshinbank.
The issuer is a Yerevan, Armenia-based bank.
