Oversea-Chinese Banking to sell euro benchmark five-year notes

New York, Sept. 27 – Singapore’s Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. plans to price a euro-denominated benchmark offering of five-year notes (expected ratings: Aaa//AAA) under Regulation S, subject to market conditions, according to a market source.

The bank has mandated Barclays, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, DZ Bank, JPMorgan and OCBC Bank as joint lead managers.

The issuer is a financial group based in Singapore.
