Moody’s gives A3 to Integrys Holding

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A3 issuer rating to Integrys Holding, Inc. and a P-2 short-term rating to its commercial paper program.

The outlook is stable.

Integrys Holding has assumed all of Integrys Energy Group, Inc.'s outstanding debt and also holds all the subsidiaries previously owned by Integrys Energy.

Given this debt assumption, the agency also affirmed the ratings of the debt issued by Integrys Energy, namely the A3 senior unsecured rating and the Baa1 junior subordinated rating.
