Fitch rates Opsimex certificados BBB-/AA(mex)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an international scale rating of BBB-(exp) and a national scale rating of AA(mex) to Operadora de Sites Mexicanos SA de CV's (Opsimex) proposed senior unsecured certificados bursatiles (CBs) issuances.

The CBs will be issued in three tranches, two denominated in Mexican pesos maturing in 2020 and 2025 and one denominated in unidades de inversion maturing in 2030, for a joint amount that will not exceed Ps. 22 billion.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate uses, mainly to prepay a related party loan between its holding company (Telesites) and an America Movil's subsidiary and to lesser extend for capital investments.
