Sound Point CLO IX to redeem five classes of notes on July 20

Morgantown, W.Va., July 7 – Sound Point CLO IX, Ltd. and Sound Point CLO IX, Inc. issued a notice of redemption for their class A, class B-1, class B-2, class C and class D notes.

The secured notes will be redeemed in full on July 20 at the following redemption prices, equal to par plus accrued interest:

• $327,198,589.07 for the $325 million of outstanding class A notes;

• $32,759,292.24 for the $32.5 million of outstanding class B-1 notes;

• $25,251,250.00 for the $25 million of outstanding class B-2 notes;

• $27,788,915.02 for the $27.5 million of outstanding class C notes; and

• $27,827,147.65 for the $27.5 million of outstanding class D notes.

The record date is July 5.

Sound Point CLO IX said its class E, class F and subordinated notes are not being redeemed at this time.

U.S. Bank NA is trustee.

New York-based Sound Point Capital Management, LP is the collateral manager.
