Company sells 17 million common shares at about $0.47 each in offering

Knoxville, Tenn., July 8 – TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc. said it raised $8 million in a private placement of shares.
The company sold about 17 million common shares at about $0.47 apiece, a 24.19% discount to the July 7 closing share price of $0.62.
The Beverly Hills, Calif., company offers decontamination and infectious disease control products and services.
